Our Story
The 2018 Farm Bill resulted in the creation of Delta-8-THC, a psychoactive component that has similar properties to Delta-9-THC. Several companies that produced Delta-8-THC had products that were tainted with heavy metals, residual solvents, and bacteria. Zero Pointe Three was established in 2020 by a group of cannabis enthusiast that wanted to provide the consumer with the safest Delta 8 THC products that is triple tested, effective, and affordable. Zero Pointe Three products are reminiscent of recreational cannabis products.
Legality
Federal law states that any cannabis products derived solely from hemp (Cannabis Sativa L.) that contains a maximum of 0.3% THC in the final product is unrestricted. All our Delta 8, CBD & Hemp products comply with all federal law and standards. View our products COA's here.
